Supply of surgical suturing materials – II

Summary

The procurement is for surgical suturing materials for the hospital, including surgical meshes and sutures, supplied in batches as the contracting authority needs them. The contract runs from signature until 30 September 2027; quantities may be adjusted to actual needs, but the minimum total order value is 30% of the contract value. The offer must cover the procurement as a whole; partial and variant tenders are not permitted. Products must be individually sterile-packed in packaging that is easy to open. Outer packaging must carry a label in Polish, and each package must show its batch number and expiry date. Products must have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life at delivery, or, where the product’s characteristics require a different period, at least three quarters of its shelf life. The bidder must ensure the markings, certificates and declarations of conformity required to market and use the medical devices in Poland. Delivery to the hospital pharmacy, including unloading at the location specified by the contracting authority, is at the supplier’s cost. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%); the offered delivery time must be 1–5 business days from the order. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 10:00, and payment is due within 60 days of receipt of a correctly issued invoice.
