Tender detail
Supply of single-use, non-sterile medical devices
Summary
The procurement covers non-sterile, single-use medical devices and other hospital supplies divided into 47 lots. Bidders may tender for one or more lots. The range includes, among other items, blood-pressure monitors, defibrillator and ECG electrodes, specimen and waste-handling products, disposable protective and patient garments, hygiene supplies, bedding and mattress covers, inhalation devices, medical trolleys, and equipment for patient transport and treatment. The exact assortment, quantities and product specifications for each lot are set out in the tender price schedule. Deliveries will be made in batches against orders, at the supplier’s expense, over 12 months from contract signature. The contract guarantees at least 60% of the maximum contract value for each lot; actual quantities ordered will depend on the hospital’s needs. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%). Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026 at 07:30. Bidders must provide the required product-compliance evidence and product information in Polish, and samples for most lots. A declaration concerning exclusion grounds is required; no specific turnover, experience or staffing thresholds are set.
