Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for window replacement

Summary

The procurement covers design and cost-estimate documentation for replacing windows in residential premises in Gdansk, divided into four lots covering 5, 3, 7 and 7 apartments respectively. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots. The work includes measuring existing windows; preparing designs, technical specifications, bills of quantities and investor’s cost estimates; obtaining the required approvals and permits; and providing design supervision during construction. The documentation must support the procurement and delivery of the construction works; where required, the contractor must obtain a building permit or confirm that the works have been properly notified. The documentation must be delivered in both paper and digital formats. The work is to be completed within 180 days of contract signing; bids are scored against a proposed completion period of 160–180 days. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the documentation delivery period for 40%. The bid submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 12:00. To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required previous design experience and access to one or more suitably qualified architectural design professionals. A bid guarantee is also required for each lot: PLN 100, 200, 300 or 200, respectively. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the contract value before signing the contract.
