Supply of Educational Equipment and Computer Hardware to Schools in Koszalin
Summary
This procurement is divided into two tasks and covers the supply of computer equipment and software for teaching at two schools in Koszalin. Task 1, for School Complex No. 7 named after Bronisław Bukowski, includes 1 A3 photocopier, 9 A4 colour multifunction printers, 1 desktop computer with monitor, 1 projector and projection screen, 11 laptops, 12 antivirus licences, 4 interactive monitors with installation, and 1 visualiser. Task 2, for School Complex No. 10 named after Bolesław Chrobry, includes 2 desktop computer sets, 1 laptop, 1 Type I and 3 Type II interactive monitors, and 3 office-software licences. The supplier must deliver new, unused goods, carry them into the rooms designated by the school, and include transport, unloading and carrying costs in the price. Software must be unused and not previously activated on another device. Equipment must meet the detailed minimum technical specifications in the tender documents; a minimum 12-month warranty and statutory defect-liability period are required for relevant items. Each task must be completed within 35 days of contract signature. Bids may cover either or both tasks and must be submitted by 15 October 2026 at 09:00. Offers are evaluated on price (60%), an extended warranty and defect-liability period (35%), and a social clause (5%). The available warranty periods are 12, 18 or 24 months. The social criterion rewards involving at least one person facing labour-market disadvantage in contract delivery. The procurement is funded through the European Social Fund Plus project “Koszalin Vocational Schools – Stage I.”
