Group life insurance for employees and their families of the Płock Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre

Summary

The Płock municipal sports and recreation centre seeks group life insurance for its employees, their spouses and adult children for 24 months, expected to run from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028. It has 151 employees, but this is for information only and does not mean that all will join the insurance scheme. The bid must price three insurance variants; the pricing form estimates 15, 50 and 86 insured persons for the respective variants. Coverage includes death, accidents, permanent injury and incapacity for work, serious illness, surgery and specialist treatment, and hospitalisation. Hospital cover must apply in Poland and EU countries, and all variants must allow individual continuation of insurance. The bidder must meet the minimum benefits for each variant and quote a premium for all three. Offers are evaluated on price (80%), benefit levels (10%) and acceptance of additional clauses (10%). The contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must request access to the confidential insurance programme and insured persons’ age-and-gender profile annexes to prepare their bids. The bidder must be authorised to conduct insurance business in Poland.
