Life insurance for Solimat staff

Summary

The tender is for a group life-insurance policy for Solimat employees in Spain. The policy must cover death, total permanent disability, absolute permanent disability or severe disability, and accidental death. The minimum insured amounts are EUR 30,000, EUR 27,000, EUR 27,000 and EUR 54,000 respectively. Cover applies to Solimat employees nationwide. Death cover for retired staff continues until age 70 at 50% of the insured amount applicable when they retired. Bidders must have annual turnover of at least EUR 123,750 in their highest-turnover year among the last three completed financial years and demonstrate comparable services with a cumulative value of at least EUR 66,000 in the year with the highest level of performance. The insurer must hold the authorisation required to conduct insurance business. Offers must be submitted electronically and include the European Single Procurement Document, the price offer, the proposed increases to insured amounts and a technical statement. During contract performance, insurance documents must be issued and made available electronically, and data-protection requirements must also be followed.
