Renovation of wellness and rehabilitation rooms and construction of a gas installation

Summary

The procurement covers the design and renovation of the wellness and rehabilitation rooms at the Olympic Training Centre in Spała, insulation of the building’s flat roof, and relocation, reinstallation and connection of seven hydrotherapy devices. It also includes construction of the external and internal natural gas installation and equipment for the boiler room serving the indoor swimming pool building, based on the existing technical design and building permit. The contractor must prepare design and as-built documentation, carry out the required tests and measurements, and provide documents needed to use the completed facilities and installations. The works must be completed within 170 days of signing the contract. Bidders must hold third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, have completed at least one building renovation worth at least PLN 600,000 within the last five years, and provide specialists with the required design and works-management qualifications. A PLN 35,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%); bidders may offer a warranty of 24, 36 or 48 months.
