Investor supervision for the conversion of vocational training workshops in Andrychow

Summary

The contract is for comprehensive, multidisciplinary investor supervision of the design, conversion and construction works for vocational training workshops at the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education in Andrychow. The supervision includes reviewing construction documentation and issuing written technical opinions, site supervision of construction and sanitary and electrical installations, inspections and tests, acceptance of works, and checking the project’s financial settlements. The service continues until final acceptance of the construction works and also covers inspections and acceptance of defect repairs during the 72-month warranty period. The work will take place in an operating school building and includes, among other things, conversion of vocational workshops and related rooms, electrical supplies for machinery, installation of a 10 kWp photovoltaic system, and insulation and reconstruction of part of the roof. Supervision starts when the contract is signed; the planned construction deadline is 31 May 2027, but the service may continue beyond that date until final acceptance and will continue during the warranty period. The coordinating inspector must visit the site on at least one working day each week. Site-inspection frequency accounts for 40% of the evaluation score and price for 60%. The contractor must provide monthly reports and attendance records. To participate, tenderers must demonstrate at least one relevant completed design-and-build supervision service from the past five years, covering construction works with a gross value of at least PLN 1,000,000, and provide construction, sanitary-installation and electrical-installation supervisors with the required qualifications. The tender deadline is 13 October 2026 at 09:00. No tender guarantee is required; upon contract award, the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price and liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000.
