Accommodation and catering services abroad

Summary

The procurement concerns accommodation and catering services abroad for 41 participants (37 students and 3 supervisors) to be provided in Eratini, Greece, at a hotel with a minimum 3-star standard. All participants will be accommodated in a single hotel, with meals provided as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The contract is funded under Erasmus+ project 2026-1-PL01-KA121-SCH-000410612. The service must be delivered in the period 19.10.2026–30.10.2026. The SWZ contains conditions on the hotel quality, single-hotel provision, and the catering plan. The tender will be evaluated on price (60%) and non-cost criteria related to the ability to cancel reservations without cost (40%).
