The tender concerns accommodation and catering for 55 participants of instructor training on Żywiec Highlanders folklore during two weekends: 17–18 October 2026 and 24–25 October 2026. The service must be provided at one facility in Bielsko-Biała or Bielsko or Żywiec County. The facility must provide at least three exclusively available workshop or lecture rooms, dining and catering facilities, accommodation for all participants in one building, and the specified meals.
