Food service for day centers

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of a food service for Day Care Service users (SED) and the concession of the cafeteria-bar service at the Day Centers Calatayud, Delicias and San Blas under the management of the Aragonese Institute of Social Services (IASS). The service includes daily meals (breakfast, lunch and snacks) and menus tailored to dietary needs, as well as the concession of the cafeteria-bar service at each center. The contract runs from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with a possible extension of 12 months. The bidder must provide the service directly (no subcontracting), ensure adequate staffing and training, comply with hygiene and nutrition requirements, and provide insurance and maintain equipment/premises as per the contract.
