Temporary shelter for homeless people, including temporary shelter with care services, for 2026

Summary

The procurement concerns temporary shelter services for homeless people referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Ostróda, including shelter with care services, from 1 October to 31 December 2026. The shelter must be located no more than 250 km from Ostróda, be listed by the voivode as an authorised temporary shelter facility, and comply with the statutory minimum standards. The estimated number of service users is 7, but this is not guaranteed. Services must include support with employment and social activation, three meals per day including at least one hot meal, basic hygiene products, seasonal clothing and footwear, over-the-counter medicines and first-aid supplies, and access to primary and specialist medical care. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 11:00. Offers are assessed by price (40%), facility management experience (25%), additional specialist staff (25%) and additional activation and therapeutic activities (10%).
