Catering service – Urban Lab

Summary

The tender covers two separately awardable tasks for the Urban Lab – City for Young People project in Zielona Góra. Task 1 concerns catering services, including buffet-style refreshments and desserts, buffet dinners, a vegetarian molecular-cuisine demonstration with tasting, and grill catering. Task 2 concerns the preparation, delivery and operation of two mobile barista stations serving hot drinks at the Urban Lab opening. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all tasks. Task 1 is to be completed within 98 days of contract signature and Task 2 within 84 days. The bid deadline is 22 September 2026 at 09:00, and the bid must remain valid until 21 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. No bid security or performance guarantee is required. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish.
