Preparation and delivery of hot lunches to the homes of elderly and disabled people under the “CUS – A new perspective on social services” project

Summary

The tender covers the preparation and home delivery of hot two-course lunches to elderly and disabled participants in the project within the Woźniki municipality. Over six months, an average of 20 portions must be delivered three times per week, on approximately 78 delivery days, for around 1,560 portions in total. Each portion must weigh at least 400 grams and provide at least 600 kcal; meals must be varied, nutritionally compliant, include allergen information and be delivered between 12:00 and 15:00. The contracting authority may use an option for up to 20 additional people on the regular delivery days and for deliveries on two additional days per week, including Saturdays. The bidder must have the required sanitary registration, suitable food-preparation premises, the specified previous experience and an approved vehicle for food transport. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 14:00. Price accounts for 60% and delivery time for 40% of the evaluation.
