Technical support service for existing SAN switches

Summary

The procurement concerns technical support for existing SAN switches and their installed software for a period of 24 months. The service will be provided at the contracting authority’s address in Katowice and at a backup centre located within 30 km, except where the work does not require on-site attendance.
