Servicing two activated carbon filter sets, including activated carbon supply, replacement and waste disposal

Summary

The tender concerns servicing two activated carbon filter sets at a biogas installation, including the supply of activated carbon, replacement of the filter material, and the collection and legally compliant disposal of the resulting waste. The planned quantities are 2,000 kg of activated carbon for H2S removal and 2,000 kg for siloxane removal, packed in 500 kg big bags. The work will be carried out for one filter set at a time following the contracting authority’s instruction, and the contract period runs until 31 December 2026. The bidder must have properly completed at least one contract during the previous three years involving the supply, replacement and disposal of activated carbon filters operating on biogas, with a minimum net value of PLN 80,000. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 15 September 2026 and signed using an accepted electronic signature. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. No tender guarantee or performance guarantee is required. The tender must remain valid for 30 days.
