Expansion and modernization of the digital repository system of the Virtual Museum of Kuyavia and Pomerania under the “Culture within Reach 3.0” project

Summary

The tender concerns the expansion and modernization of the digital repository system of the Virtual Museum of Kuyavia and Pomerania, including the management and web-based presentation of digitized graphic, audio and video files and metadata. The service must be delivered within 10 months in two stages: the first stage within 4 months of signing the contract and the second stage within 6 months after acceptance of the first stage. The tender must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and additional warranty carries 40%; qualification requires at least two relevant references, each valued at no less than PLN 200,000, completed during the last 3 years.
