Maintenance service for the Macrologic ERP (Xpertis) integrated management information system for IOŚ-PIB

Summary

The procurement concerns 18 months of maintenance and support for the Macrologic ERP (Xpertis) integrated management information system implemented at the Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute. The service covers business alerts, controlling, fixed assets, finance and accounting, electronic banking, HR and payroll, cash, invoicing, electronic document workflow, projects, employee self-service, OLAP financial and HR analyses, and the server environment for 70 users. Support is required on business days from 8:00 to 16:00, with hotline access from 8:00 to 17:00, legal and system updates, an online service portal and up to 72 service hours per year for adaptations. The bidder must meet the experience and staffing requirements, submit the required declarations and evidence electronically in Polish, and offer a gross price in PLN. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100 points. The tender deadline is 3 September 2026 at 12:00.
