Provision of examination invigilators

Summary

Stichting ROC Summa College is procuring, in one lot, a framework agreement with one provider for the recruitment, selection, scheduling and deployment of examination invigilators at its examination locations in Eindhoven. The service includes maintaining a flexible pool, replacing staff when needed and supporting continuity and quality. The estimated annual value is approximately €415,000 excluding VAT, and the estimated total value including extensions is €1.4 million excluding VAT; the maximum framework value is €1.82 million excluding VAT. The initial term runs from 15 February 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions.
