Framework agreement for the supply, installation and maintenance of camera systems

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, configuration and management of camera systems, together with preventive and corrective maintenance of new and existing systems. The work also includes supplying cameras, the necessary hardware, software and Milestone licences, as well as advising, designing and commissioning the systems. New cameras must interoperate with the central Milestone XProtect video management system and be functionally equivalent to the existing cameras; general-purpose IT hardware and software are excluded. A framework agreement will be awarded to one contractor. Its estimated and maximum value is EUR 5,500,000. The initial term is four years, with two possible extensions of two years each, for a maximum total duration of 96 months. This is a restricted procedure: requests to participate were due by 11:00 on 2 November 2026, and up to five candidates may be invited to submit tenders.
