Selection of a building services design consultant for the new Montessori Lyceum Gooise Meren

Summary

The contract concerns the selection of a building-services design consultant for the new Montessori Lyceum Gooise Meren (Lot 2). The work includes designing and advising on the building services for the building and its grounds, preparing the design for technical implementation, and assisting with supervision of the installation works. The new school in Bussum is planned to have approximately 9,856 m² of floor area, including three gymnasiums and the site; the planned contract duration is 42 months. This is a two-stage restricted procedure. Applicants first submit a request to participate with the required evidence and project references; five applicants per lot are intended to be invited to the second stage. The application deadline is 2 November 2026. In the second stage, quality accounts for 100% of the assessment and price for 0%, as the fee is fixed in advance by the contracting authority. Applicants must demonstrate financial and technical capacity, relevant design experience and experience using BIM, and submit the required documents.
