Photography services, framework agreement 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring photography services under a framework agreement covering three lots: architecture, the built environment and landscape photography; communications and marketing photography, including event photography; and photography project packages. The services will support the city’s communications and marketing and follow its visual identity and photography guidelines. The agreement is for an initial two years, with an option for a further two years; the estimated maximum total value for 48 months is EUR 490,000 excluding VAT. No minimum purchase volume is guaranteed, and up to three service providers may be selected for each lot.
