Similarity detection software

Summary

Wageningen University & Research (WUR) is procuring a software-as-a-service solution to detect similarities in academic and scientific texts. The solution must compare submitted work with internet sources, previously submitted work and scientific publications, including relevant full-text content from paywalled publications. The contract covers implementation and configuration, integration with WUR systems Brightspace and OSIRIS Zaak, transition and data migration where applicable, and maintenance, support, information security and privacy services. The estimated value is EUR 300,000, but it is indicative and does not guarantee a budget or minimum purchase volume. The initial contract term is 36 months, with five possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total duration of eight years. This is a restricted procedure: candidates’ exclusion grounds and suitability will be assessed in the first stage, and up to five candidates are expected to be invited to the next stage.
