Ambulance Care Information System

Summary

Veiligheids- en Gezondheidsregio Gelderland-Midden is procuring a cloud-based SaaS ambulance care information system, including supply, implementation, data migration, hosting, support, ongoing management and further development. The system will support emergency and non-emergency ambulance services, dispatch and patient-care records, handovers to healthcare partners, back-office processing and billing. It is intended for approximately 40 ambulances at five stations, serving around 730,000 residents and recording about 51,000 ambulance deployments or journeys each year. The procurement is a single lot; the estimated value is €2.7 million excluding VAT, with a maximum contract value of €4 million excluding VAT.
