Organising the Candidates Programme

Summary

The Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, through its Directorate-General for the General Administrative Service, is procuring the organisation and support of six collective leadership-development programmes under an agreement running from 1 July 2027 to 31 August 2034. Each programme comprises nine modules totalling 25 full days and 16 overnight stays for approximately 26 participants. The service covers arrangements for venues, accommodation, meals, speakers, trainers and moderators, transport, on-site coordination and participant communications; the client’s coordinators provide the programme’s substantive design.
