Integration learning pathways for adults aged 27 and over

Summary

The Municipality of Tilburg is procuring adult integration language-learning services for people aged 27 and over, on behalf of a group of participating municipalities. The single, undivided contract covers a short start-up class during the welcome phase and the B1 and Z learning routes, including literacy support, instruction on Dutch society, exam preparation and guidance. The estimated annual volume across participating municipalities is 269 start-up classes, 132 B1-route participants and 133 Z-route participants. The contract is due to begin on 1 January 2028 for four years, with two optional one-year extensions.
