Development, implementation and delivery of the Lotu Basauri youth programme

Summary

The Basauri City Council is procuring the design, development, production, implementation, delivery and evaluation of the Lotu Basauri youth participation programme. The contract covers two themed gamified modules, reusable physical kits and equivalent interactive digital resources, a platform, in-person activities, a youth outreach campaign, evaluation and transfer of materials for future municipal use. It is intended for up to 12 groups at no more than six locations, with up to 96 regular module sessions, at least three open sessions, two youth evaluation workshops and two intergenerational meetings. The contract lasts 12 months and is not divided into lots.
