Renovation and extension of IKC De Regenboog

Summary

The municipality of Ridderkerk is procuring the renovation and extension of IKC De Regenboog, a primary school and childcare centre, at its existing site. The project covers renovation of approximately 1,515 m² of existing building and a new extension of approximately 1,014 m², within an overall development of about 2,444 m² gross floor area. The works are divided into two lots: building works and coordination, including structural works and coordination of other contractors; and building services, including mechanical, electrical and transport installations. Demolition works are also included.
