Response to environmental emergencies and illegal dumping on land and water

Summary

The tender covers on-demand cleanup, collection, transport, and the arrangement of storage and processing for environmental contamination and illegal dumping within Waterschap Rivierenland’s area of responsibility. Where necessary, the contractor must provide environmental advice on soil or waterbed contamination and carry out remediation. The service may concern roads and verges, flood protection structures, the contracting authority’s properties, waterways and navigable channels. Availability must be guaranteed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor for an initial period of two years from 1 December 2026, with two possible one-year extensions, giving a maximum duration of four years. The submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 10:00. The estimated value is EUR 450,000. Quality criteria account for 700 points and price for 300 points.
