Dar N.V. housing reconfiguration

Summary

The tender concerns the redevelopment and expansion of the Dar N.V. housing facility at Kanaalstraat 401 in Nijmegen, divided into four lots: P1 Construction (new wash areas, vehicle hall, winter parking and related works); P2 Electrical & Mechanical installations (E&W) including EMS and integration with PV and other systems; P3 Civil works (infrastructure and site works); P4 Charging infrastructure (DC/AC charging points).
