Supply of trees and shrubs for the municipalities of Reusel-De Mierden, Deurne and Cranendonck

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a broad range of trees and shrubs, in different species, sizes and varieties, for the public spaces of the municipalities of Reusel-De Mierden, Deurne and Cranendonck. It is divided into two lots: trees, with an estimated value of EUR 1,300,000, and shrubs, with an estimated value of EUR 700,000. The contracts are framework agreements with an initial term of two years and two possible two-year extensions, for a maximum term of six years. A tenderer may submit for and be awarded a maximum of two lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 08:00. Quality is assessed through delivery reliability (40%), advice and service (30%), and sustainability (30%); the tenderer must explain continuity, speed and flexibility of deliveries, its professional advice and its sustainability measures. E-invoicing is required and alternative offers are not permitted.
