Schiphol Nederland B.V. is procuring an integrated service for passengers, visitors and other users of Schiphol Airport, covering information, customer contact, personal assistance and related services. The service will be delivered through physical and digital customer-contact channels, in cooperation with the buyer and its designated partners. The estimated contract value is EUR 96 million; the initial term runs from 1 February 2028 to 31 January 2033, with an option for the buyer to extend it by three years, up to 31 January 2036.
