Development and implementation of a training on business collaboration

Summary

The tender concerns developing and delivering a 3-day in-house training program titled “Business Collaboration” for Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) staff. The program is designed for 250 participants, delivered in groups of 10–12 per trainer, at Randstad locations. Under a possible contract amendment, up to 150 additional participants and 150 standalone training days may be added. The objective is to improve internal and external collaboration, manage expectations, and ensure transfer with measurable impact. It includes a digital learning environment and post-training transfer/support activities and will be rolled out in a phased approach with ongoing evaluation.
