Travel agency services for complementary training trips to Frankfurt and London

Summary

Travel agency services are sought for two Qualifex 2026 complementary training activities organised by Extremadura Avante: Frankfurt (16–19 November 2026) and London (17–20 November 2026). The work covers round-trip flights, accommodation, local transfers and international travel insurance for up to five travellers to Frankfurt and up to four to London. For each trip, the agency must also arrange travel between Badajoz and Madrid for one person; for London, it must obtain UK ETA travel authorisations for four travellers. The Frankfurt programme includes attendance at Food & Ingredients Europe 2026, a food ingredients trade fair; the London programme may include a professional trade fair visit. The total estimated value is €17,360 excluding VAT (€21,005.60 including VAT): €9,950 excluding VAT for Frankfurt and €7,410 excluding VAT for London. Bids must be priced separately for each lot sought and stay within the applicable lot and service-package price caps. Price is the sole award criterion and is worth 100 points. The agency must meet the tender documents’ requirements for flights, accommodation, transport, insurance and service support. Travel documents must be supplied approximately seven calendar days before travel, and a signed and stamped accommodation certificate must be delivered no later than 10 calendar days after the event. The contract runs until 29 November 2026 for the Frankfurt lot or 30 November 2026 for the London lot, with no extension available.
