Collective disability insurance for Kindante

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of collective disability insurance for Stichting Kindante employees from 1 January 2027. The initial contract lasts three years, until 31 December 2029, with a possible preference for two one-year extensions. As at 31 December 2025, Kindante had 965 employees and a WIA payroll of EUR 45,051,163. The insurance must provide income supplementation to at least 70% of insured annual income in cases of partial incapacity and meet the other WGA coverage, premium guarantee, benefit and pension-accrual requirements set out in the tender documents. Bidders need an insurance authorisation, experience with similar risks, an active HRControlNet licence and Dutch-speaking staff for communication. Price carries 70% of the evaluation weighting and service quality 30%. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 16:00.
