Renovation of the Radboudumc radiotherapy building

Summary

Radboud University Medical Center is procuring phased renovation works for its radiotherapy building in Nijmegen, which has an approximate gross floor area of 3,800 m². The procurement is divided into two 24-month lots: Lot 1 covers building works and their coordination, while Lot 2 covers mechanical and electrical works. Most interior fit-out and building services will be replaced, while the structure, exterior facade and roofs will largely remain; the works must allow the radiotherapy department and sufficient treatment rooms to remain operational. The separate Lot 3 for fixed furnishings is outside this procurement.
