Framework Agreement for Gully Cleaning 2027–2028

Summary

The Municipality of Tholen is procuring the cleaning of gully inlets and grated drains, vent valves, defect recording, and the transport and processing of the resulting sludge throughout the municipality. The framework agreement covers mechanical and manual cleaning, approximately 21,418 mechanically cleaned and 2,348 manually cleaned inlet instances, 698 m of mechanically cleaned and 160 m of manually cleaned linear drains, 74 vent-valve cleaning instances, removal and replacement of 20 inlet grates, and an estimated 218 tonnes of sludge for transport and acceptance. The initial term runs from 1 March 2027 to 31 December 2028, with options to extend twice by one year, up to 31 December 2030. The procurement is a single, undivided contract.
