Supply of AV equipment and accessories for hybrid meeting rooms

Summary

The Dutch judiciary is procuring AV equipment and related accessories for hybrid meeting rooms under a framework agreement. Products include, among other items, videoconferencing equipment, video bars, cameras, microphones, speakers, control panels, mounts and connection cables. The framework agreement may run for up to four years, with a maximum value of €4,500,000 excluding VAT; estimated annual purchases are €500,000–€1,000,000, but there is no purchase commitment. Installation, technical administration and fault resolution are outside the scope.
