Supply of goods and services to refurbish the existing communications room at São Bento Palace

Summary

The procurement covers the refurbishment of the existing communications room at the Portuguese Parliament in the São Bento Palace in Lisbon, including the supply and installation of equipment and related services. The work will create an entrance area and two technical rooms with separate access control, install partitions and a raised floor, and upgrade the electrical, security, network and telecommunications infrastructure. The scope includes access control and four cameras integrated with the existing Genetec platform, two independent UPS units, PDUs and automatic transfer switches, and six new server racks. Existing communications must remain operational during the work and be relocated as required.
