Supply of Cybersecurity Equipment and Software – Second Procedure

Summary

The tender covers the supply of equipment and software to strengthen the cybersecurity capabilities of the municipal utilities and housing company in Mieroszów. The supply includes a managed network controller; 6 switches with router functionality; 10 Wi-Fi 6 access points supporting WPA3-Enterprise; 4 PoE switches and 1 additional switch; 3 NAS devices; 16 NAS hard drives of at least 10 TB each; 7 rack-mounted UPS units; 6 wheeled rack cabinets; 1 application server for cybersecurity solutions; IT infrastructure monitoring and management software; a 16-core Windows Server 2025 Standard licence; and access licences for at least 20 devices. Products must meet the technical specification’s minimum requirements, including its compatibility and warranty conditions. The offer must identify each product’s manufacturer, model and, where applicable, version, and include technical evidence of compliance. All equipment, software and licences must be new and obtained through legitimate distribution channels. Delivery is due within 30 calendar days of contract signature. Price is the sole award criterion. No tender guarantee is required, but performance security equal to 4% of the offer value is required. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide proof of civil liability insurance with cover of at least the gross contract value.
