Integrated design team for Wilhelmina School in Rotterdam

The procurement seeks an integrated design team for the renovation, reconfiguration and expansion of Wilhelmina School in Rotterdam, including the design of a replacement building section. The historically significant 1930 section is to be carefully renovated; a newer section is intended for demolition and new construction. A separate sports hall must also be designed. The team must include at least an architect, a structural and geotechnical specialist, a building physicist and a building-services designer; the services also cover landscape and outdoor-space design.
