Summary

The document flow relates to the RIS/BIS procurement and describes an integrated governance decision-making process from administrative preparation to archiving of decisions. It covers the management of proposals, documents, decisions and associated metadata in a single cohesive process chain, which may be delivered by the RIS/BIS itself or via integrated links to other systems. The process includes the stages listed (preparation of proposals, coordination and approvals, DT, PHO, college decision-making, transfer to the griffie, BO B cycle, council handling, publication of agendas, documents and decisions, and archiving). The user experiences these steps as one logical and coherent process.
