Summary

This procurement concerns the purchase and delivery of computer equipment for MCM Piaseczno SPZOZ (Grant-funded under project FENX.06.01-IP.03-0001/23 named 'Support for primary health care (POZ)'). The scope includes NAS Type A servers with disks, rails and cabling; UPS Type A; Computer Type A – All-in-One; Switch Type A; and Multifunction Device Type A. Proposals must detail quantities and prices for each part, be in PLN, and include VAT. The contract will be governed by the SWZ and its annexes. The bidder declares that the offer is valid for 30 days and that, if selected, the contract will be signed with the Purchaser using the Annex 6 template.
