Operation and hosting of a non-Moodle-based learning management system (LMS)

Summary

This tender concerns the operation and hosting of a non-Moodle-based learning management system (LMS) for Berlin schools and related authorities, including potential development work during the contract. The solution must support tenant separation for all schools, multiple user roles (administrators, staff, students and guardians), and integration with the Berlin School Portal Identity Management (Keycloak and OIDC), with additional support for video conferencing via Big Blue Button. Data protection and IT security in line with GDPR are required. The system should be web-based, adaptable, and capable of content export/import. Development work up to 400 hours may be requested, coordinated with the SenBJF IT coordination. Documentation and compliance with EVB-IT terms are expected.
