Advisory services for parking garages

Summary

The City of Leiden seeks a framework agreement for advisory services for parking garages. The contractor will provide specialist advisory support across the project lifecycle for the new underground parking facility at Morspoort and related procurement of parking systems and charging infrastructure. The procurement is conducted via an open European procedure with a best price-quality ratio. The agreement starts with an initial term of two years and may be extended twice for three years, up to a maximum of eight years. The estimated total value is up to €1.2 million excluding VAT. Payments are monthly based on actual hours worked at the agreed rates. Proposals must include five references demonstrating experience with underground parking garages, two procurements of parking systems, and charging infrastructure; ISO 9001 certification; and post-award documents such as GVA and tax declarations.
