Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive catering services for the business restaurants of Hoogeveen and De Wolden, including lunch provision, meeting lunches, banqueting, vending-machine management, cash-register services, daily catering-area cleaning, purchasing, stock management and reporting. One supplier will be selected under a framework agreement starting on 1 January 2027 for four years, with up to two one-year extensions. The estimated total value is €1,100,000; regular business catering has a fixed maximum budget of €100,000 per year excluding VAT and indexation, while banqueting is estimated at €71,666 per year without a minimum turnover guarantee. The tender must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Awarding uses the best price-quality ratio: quality accounts for 80 points and price for 20 points. The bid must include the signed European Single Procurement Document, trade-register extract, price sheet, quality responses, reference form and Russian-involvement declaration.
