Catering for the Segovia Provincial Council Christmas Reception 2026

Summary

The Provincial Council of Segovia is procuring catering for its traditional Christmas reception for approximately 150 employees. The standing cocktail reception, planned for 18 December 2026 at the Provincial Palace in Segovia, must run for at least three uninterrupted hours and provide a substantial meal: six preparations per person (two cold and four hot), live-carved ham, a gluten-free menu for guests with coeliac disease, dessert and drinks. The contract is not divided into lots, has a base budget of €13,000 including VAT and may be extended for the 2027 reception.
