Comprehensive Perils Insurance

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive perils insurance for the buildings and contents of the Municipality of Dronten. The insured sums are EUR 238,228,800 for immovable property and EUR 43,268,000 for equipment, inventory and other movable property, totalling EUR 281,496,800. The flood sub-limit is EUR 2,500,000 per event and insurance year, and the deductible is EUR 5,000 per event. The estimated total contract value, including the extension period, is EUR 700,000 excluding insurance tax. Cover is scheduled to begin at 12:00 on 1 January 2027 for an initial term of 36 months, with one possible 36-month extension. The procurement is not divided into lots. Bids are assessed on the lowest net premium, and the insured risk may be allocated among a lead insurer and following insurers until the full 100% share is covered. Bidders must submit a signed European Single Procurement Document and price schedule, meet the applicable financial, licensing and registration requirements, and confirm that no exclusion grounds apply. A bidder seeking the lead-insurer role must describe at least two comparable contracts. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17:00 on 3 November 2026; conditional bids and variants are not permitted.
