Kitchen and dining-room support at the Cartagena Arsenal

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring kitchen and dining-room support at the Cartagena Arsenal. The service includes one kitchen assistant to operate the industrial dishwasher and one waiter to prepare, staff and replenish the self-service line, as well as cleaning and clearing tableware. The dining room serves about 100 meals a day, with occasional peaks of 150. The initial term runs from 1 September 2026, or the later contract-signing date, until 30 November 2026 or exhaustion of the available funds; an extension through 30 November 2027 is possible, with no service in August. The tender is not divided into lots.
