Printing equipment, reprographic services and portal for OGVO

Summary

The procurement covers a single framework agreement for one supplier to provide, install and maintain 19 multifunctional devices, 8 printers and 1 high-volume reprographic machine, together with management software, PaperCut Hive compatibility, a SaaS reprographic portal and off-site reprographic services. The contract is intended to start on 1 January 2027, run for 60 months and include one optional one-year extension.
